I’ve always had issues around religion or spirituality, thinking they were one in the same. While they were for many people, I just wasn’t religious and thought I had no room for any type of spirituality.
That changed pretty recently..
When I first started practicing meditation and learning how to be still, I started looking into more ways to connect my mind and body. That’s when I realized I could still connect with the universe and something bigger than me.
So, it’s no surprise that my conversation with Lily was something that would stay would me for a while. We chat all about mind, body and spirituality and really so much more than that.
My main take a way from this conversation was how we can have the life we WANT, all we have to do is be ready and open for it.
