You've got what it takes to live the life you want.

Now all you need is to find the confidence and motivation from within to go out there and live it. That's where I come in.

If you're reading this, I'm going to take a guess and say that you want to believe in yourself. You want to accomplish your goals. And you want to find that purpose in life that excites you every day. But you don't know where to start.

I get how overwhelming it can feel to even start, not to mention stay motivated enough to stick with your dreams when you find them. That's why I started individual confidence coaching.

What do I mean by Confidence Coaching?

My version of confidence coaching is all about helping you find your own solutions to life's problems. I'm here to help you with accountability and shifting your mindset from "Am I Good Enough?" to "I've GOT this!". Through our sessions, we'll be exploring WHAT is blocking you from moving forward and coming up with a plan. 

By the end of our sessions, my goal is for you to know that you are in total control of your life. You'll be able to crush your goals and chase your dreams because you'll be able to come up with a plan to do it and actually believe that you can.


What if I decide this isn't for me?

No problem! Sometimes the stars aren't perfectly aligned, and that's ok. Just let me know and we'll cancel your package.

What's the difference between this and therapy?

My coaching style is all about you taking action and looking to the future.  Therapy is a great place for healing.  I've had clients who do both.

Do I have to live in the U.S?

Nope! As long as you have a device that can connect to the internet, we're golden! We can use a video chat app like Skype or Zoom, or FaceTime if you'd prefer.
