Hello there, I'm Monica!


I created Be Well and Flourish because I am a planner and journal junkie.  I have probably 20 different physical planners in my house at any given moment.


But, I couldn't find one that I consistently wanted to use! I wanted one I could fill out on my phone or computer that had all the elements of a planner, health tracker, and gratitude journal. I couldn't find it, so I created one! 


And now, I want to share it with you!  No matter if you are just starting on your wellness journey or have always lived a healthy lifestyle, Be Well and Flourish will help you stay on track!
